Visionary Apps has unveiled a suite of real-estate free iPhone apps for home buyers, renters, sellers and brokers.
The apps, the Complete Realty Suite, promise to “drive a revolution in how people shop for, buy, and sell real estate using the ever-evolving features of their smart phones,” Daniel Burrus, founder of Visionary Apps, said.
Complete Foreclosures Foreclosed helps prospective buyers find homes by price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and other features. The app provides satellite pictures and aerial views as well as driving directions to the homes. It also comes with a foreclosure buying guide that helps buyers navigate through the intricate process of purchasing a Foreclosed home.
Users can share listings updated email with an embedded feature, and connect with a nearby foreclosure expert.
Complete Foreclosures, Which also works with the Apple iPad and iPod touch, offers access to 1.6 million foreclosures. The application is useful to Realtors, Mr. Burrus said, who can look through listings of preforeclosed homes – homes that have been sent a notice of default – and contact their owners to see if they want help in selling them.
Home buyers can use Complete Homes to find listings and information on national real-estate agents. Visionary Mr. Burrus said that plans to add more features, such as price-reduction alerts and open-house schedules.
